Introduction

At ElectRight, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from the ElectRight Online Store.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

2.1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

a) The product must have been purchased directly from the ElectRight Online Store.

b) The return or exchange request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of product delivery.

c) The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

d) The product must not fall under any non-returnable or non-exchangeable category specified in Section 3.


Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

The following categories of products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:


Downloadable software, digital codes, or virtual items.

Consumable products such as batteries, ink cartridges, or personal care items (unless defective).

Products categorized as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" items.

Customized or personalized products.

Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling.


Return Process

4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer support team through support@electright.in within the designated timeframe.

4.2. Customers will be required to provide the following information:


Order number

Product name and SKU

Reason for return or exchange

Supporting evidence such as photos (if applicable)

4.3. Once the return or exchange request is approved, customers will receive detailed instructions on the return shipping process, including any applicable shipping labels or documentation.

4.4. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product shipped by ElectRight.

Inspection and Refund/Exchange

5.1. Upon receipt of the returned product, ElectRight will inspect it to ensure compliance with the return eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

5.2. If the returned product meets the eligibility requirements, ElectRight will process the refund or exchange as follows:

a) Refund: The original payment method used for the purchase will be credited within 10 days from the date of receiving the returned product.

b) Exchange: Customers will be offered a replacement product of equal value or, if preferred, store credit that can be used for future purchases.

5.3. In cases where the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, ElectRight reserves the right to reject the return/exchange and will notify the customer accordingly.


Damaged or Defective Products

6.1. If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must contact our customer support team immediately, providing relevant details and supporting evidence.

6.2. ElectRight will assess the claim and, if approved, provide instructions for the return/exchange process, including any associated shipping costs.

6.3. Damaged or defective products will be replaced with a new product of the same model, or a refund will be issued if a replacement is not available.
